Crystal M. Duclos, Psy.D. is available Thursdays.

Crystal DuclosI provide individual therapy for mature adolescents and adults for a number of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety and panic, thought disorders, relationship problems, academic issues, and life adjustment difficulties. I tend to utilize supportive listening with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques in therapy sessions.

I also perform general psychological evaluations and pre-surgical weight loss evaluations using a number of objective test measures. At the conclusion of the assessment, I am able to pinpoint specific diagnoses or areas of clinical concern, and then offer specific treatment recommendations.

Therapy is typically not a quick fix, so I gravitate toward individuals who are motivated to be active participants in the therapy process to learn skills that create lasting change.
